Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide FREE of charge. No matter where you're located we can deliver (except Antartica, :) it may be a little too chilly for us, brrrr).  


How long will it take for my products to reach me?

Shipping can be a hassle sometimes, but all of our orders are processed and sent within 12-72 hours! And shipping itself can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks. Our shipping page covers more in depth, you can view shipping information by clicking here.


Do you accept PayPal?

Yes! We take PayPal, all major credit card companies, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


Will my items be delivered in one package?

Since all of our products are being sent through our very own system inside our warehouses where we check the product to make sure it is correct, our products are sent to you at different times.

This can cause items to come in different packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 


Where do my items come from?

Top Nuggit has fulfillment centers located around the world. Our main warehouses are located inside the USA, UK, and Asia! All of our products are manufactured by various talented distributors and designers.


What do I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your item is defective, damaged, or any other problems occur with the item, don't worry! You can do whatever you please and simply email us at info@topnuggit.com along with a picture of the defective item and we will help you immediately.


What currency do you accept?

Currently, all of our prices and products are in USD.


Can I trust you and is my information secure on your website?

Absolutely, yes! We have a Guaranteed Safe Checkout. But don't take our word for it, we actually use SSL security to ensure all of your personal details are encrypted.

Customer service inquiries are made simple and hassle-free, we want to ensure your purchase is smooth. When shopping with us all your information is secure. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time-only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged. In fact, we only see the last 4 digits of your credit card which is harmless.


Why am I getting an error when placing my order?

If you've double checked to make sure all your details were filled out properly and the system still does not process your order, try a new payment method or simply email us and we will help you figure it out!


How can I cancel or make changes to my order? 

If you've already paid for your order but need to cancel or change anything, make sure to email us within 12 hours! Otherwise, the original information is finalized inside of our fulfillment teams system! During 12 hour this time frame, we will be able to cancel any orders, change addresses, sizes, or colors


Why was I refunded?

In most cases, this will not happen. However, there are some instances where a certain product is selling so fast, multiple orders come in at once, and get mixed up in the system. If your order was refunded, this is the most likely case. You can contact us for a discount code for your next order!


Will my order be tracked?

Yes! in 95% of cases your order will be tracked so you can stalk your new items all the way to your front door! In a few cases, we may not be able to provide tracking to certain locations, if you happen to be one of these cases don't hesitate to reach out to us so our fulfillment team can get an estimate on how far away your package is.


How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order Page and throwing in your tracking number. You can visit the page by clicking here.


Do you sell my details to any other companies?

Never, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.


What does "Being Processed" mean?

It means we just received your order and we are in the process of printing labels, doing a quality inspection, and preparing your order for shipment! This process will take about 12-72 hours.
