I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SENT OUT?

Please allow up to 4 business days for our logistics team to print labels, inspect, and process your order to be sent out.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO REACH ME?

Arrival time can be anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on where you're located.

  • Average United States delivery: 5-20 Business Days
  • Average International delivery: 15-45 Business Days

    Sometimes there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While majority of packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. We hope you understand.

     

    WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING CODE?

    Yes! We provide tracking for all orders so you can stalk your new items all the way to your front door. Tracking will be available once your order is shipped. You can track your package by viewing our TRACKING PAGE HERE.

    USA orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product can be sourced from.

    • Note: In very very few cases, you may not be issued a tracking code due to your location. If this happens don't hesitate to message us so our team can get an estimate on how far away your package is.

     

    HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

    If you've already paid for your order but need to cancel it or change anything such as an address, please email us within 12 hours. You can send an email to support@topnuggit.com for assistance.

     

    WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

    If your item is damaged or defective don't worry! In rare cases, due to mail service mistreatment this can occur. Simply sent us an email at support@topnuggit.com with your order number and a picture of the product.

      Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge from our own pockets!

       

      WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IN ONE PACKAGE?

      Since all of our products are being sent through our very own system inside warehouses where we quality check your package to make sure it is correct. Due to this, products are sent to you at different times.

      This can cause items to come in different packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are on the way 👍

       

      WHERE DO MY ITEMS COME FROM?

      TopNuggit has fulfillment centers located around the world. Our partner warehouses are located inside the USA, Canada, and Asia! All of our products are manufactured by various talented distributors, designers, and partners.

       

      WHY WAS I REFUNDED?

      If you were refunded, this could be because the item you ordered is selling so fast that we ran out of stock. Or it could be due to a high risk notice. To compensate, you can contact us for a discount code for your next order!

       

      DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

      Yes! We ship worldwide. No matter where you're located we can deliver, except for Antartica, brrrr... it's a little too chilly for us. Some countries are excluded from this due to technical issues with fulfillment centers.

       

      DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

      Yes! We take PayPal, all major credit card companies, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All of our prices and products are in USD.

       

      CAN I TRUST YOU AND IS MY INFORMATION SECURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

      Absolutely, yes! Customer service inquiries are made simple and hassle-free, we want to ensure your purchase is smooth. Plus, when shopping with us all your information is secure. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time-only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
