Refund Policy

Unhappy with your item? Don't worry! Our iron-clad refund policy lasts 30 days (if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund).

Due to shipping complications, we do not accept returns (it may cost for you to ship it back to us).

If you have not received your product within 75 days of ordering you can contact us at and we will solve the issue (this is usually never the case unless our warehouses run out of stock or due to a holiday).

If your item is defective, damaged, or has any issues, you can do as you please and contact us for a FREE REPLACEMENT!

Please review your order and make sure the color and size are correct. If the wrong size or color is ordered, we may not be able to send a replacement (some health care items may not be eligible for refunds).

When a refund is issued, an email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds normally will be deposited in a few days depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and contact your credit card company/bank. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
