CRIMPS REQUIRE SQUEEZING NOT EXTENDING?
You might be thinking but crimps require SQUEEZING, not EXTENDING your fingers. Right you are, our rock climbing internet friend, however it is also true that climbers who do not train their antagonist stabilizer muscles in their lateral forearm are prone to pain in certain cases, lateral tendonitis (Tennis Elbow) - You know, that irritating pain in your elbow after climbing for a whole week straight? Yeah, that.
BUT, what you might not have known is that when your arms are all chicken winged out during a crimp, you're actually using your underdeveloped extensor muscles to hold the position. That's right, you're straining the same muscles that cause this pain.
To make things worse, a severe case of lateral tendonitis can require 6 MONTHS or longer of rehabilitation.
Now, if you love rock climbing as much as we do, 6 months or no climbing would really, really suck. It's important that you constantly train your extensor muscles when you go rock climbing, that is, if you're planning to continue climbing for many years to come. Conveniently you can do so with our AWESOME Crimp Training Resistance Bands!

Useful, does its job of working my fingers out well, definitely helps as I do pull ups alot, and my fingers always ache after each round, these are great for me as my aches are reduced lately.
All fitness enthusiasts really need this, I stand by how these changed my life in the gym after i bought them. I personally find my wrist strength improving, and it's easier on my fingers to lift those weights. Plus, its not expensive at all too, great value for your money
Ingenius, that's all I can say, for years I've had those creaky , achey fingers whenever i do my dumbbells, and I thought it couldnt be fixed, I even tried those useless finger strengtheners until I found these, holy crap, they actually work - I've done them for 5 weeks so far, and i am starting to feel the difference, my fingers do not ache as much !
The stretch is great, I can feel that it is no ordinary rubber, its quite durable infact. These are now part of my everyday routine as i commute to work, very efficient use of my time at that
Once you start using it, it is easy to make it a habit. I leave the exerciser on my computer desk and use it whenever I get a spare minute.
Useful tool to work on movement and strength- small, light, and good quality. The varying levels means lots of use over time and for multiple people.
I bought these for my brother who is in a wheel chair and always need the extra strength for grip in his hands. I even tried one out and it works your muscles all the way down into your forearm. I can see the material wearing thin after sometime, but will definitely purchase again.
I have had these a month or so and have used them off and on. They seem pretty strong and look like they will last a while. My fingers were bothering me after workouts when I would contract or flex them and I read somewhere that I could be overworking my gripping muscles in my fingers/ hands. These work your fingers/hands in extension and hence would balance things out. I feel these have helped me.
Great way to build finger and hand strength. I would say these levels are on the lower side. Great for beginners, look for higher resistances after you work through these. I use them for rock climbing and I've noticed a significant improvement in my grip strength. It's fun to do as a side workout when you're watching a movie or traveling.
I have carpal tunnel and got this to help stretch my fingers which seems to help out my wrist a lot. I like the bands that you can put all of your fingers in to stretch outward. It feels like it is strengthening the muscles around my wrist area. There are 3 different thicknesses for the bands which lets you build up strength over time. The bands are great quality and are easy to slip onto my fingers. Looking forward to seeing if this provides long term relief!
If you need to strengthen your hands these are awesome! The stretchers are all different strengths and the rings are too. I never realized how weak my pinky fingers were until I started using these. I haven’t used the pressure rings the right way yet but I put one on and it was applying pressure so I’m sure if I looked up how to do it they would work great too. This is a good set!
